It refuses to allow easy categorization as either black or death metal (without slipping into the well worn trappings of “blackened death metal”). And yet, there is a kind of purity here: it’s PURE evil and barbaric filth. Excellent Satan worshipping cave-metal for fans of Beherit and Autopsy. Favorite track: Sapphic Initiation.
